Creamy Italian Chicken

I am a huge fan of crockpots...and a huge fan of this recipe! It's super easy to make and tastes out-of-this-world! I hope you'll give it a try.

1.5 pounds frozen chicken breasts
1 envelope Italian dressing
1/4 cup water
1 brick of cream cheese (reduced-fat okay)
1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat-free okay)
2 small cans of mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
2 boxes Uncle Ben's Original Wild Rice

Place frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot.  Mix seasoning envelope and water together and pour over chicken.  Cook on low for three hours.  In the meantime, take cream cheese out and place on plate to come to room temperature.  After cooking chicken for three hours, add remaining ingredients and mix well.  Cook on low for an additional three hours.  Turn off slow cooker and remove lid.  Cook two boxes of wild rice.  Pour into crockpot and mix well.  Serve hot.
